<p><br />I am delighted to welcome you to Grace Yoga. &nbsp;Yoga is an ancient philosophy that is based on three levels of experience: body, mind and heart. The practice of Yoga has its roots in India where the human system is perceived as being of latent intelligence and potential.</p>
<p>The idea behind its various techniques of movement, stillness, breathing and meditations is to allow practitioners to cultivate a way of life that is creative, dynamic, flexible and accepting of the various movements of life. Moreover, it serves to give practitioners the ability to experience the polarities of life with openness.</p>
<p>Regular practice helps us maintain a state of inner-balance that enables us to live well, radiating this goodness to everything surrounding us.</p>
